Aight i got a question on a 5.0 i'm interested in purchasing from a buddy of mine. I wanted to get some of yalls opinions on these numbers, I no he has Edlebrock performer 5.0 heads?? (he said thats what they call them), performer upper and lower, Crane powermax cam not sure bout lift/dur etc. he runnin the stock injectors with a 155Ib pump, JBA shorties, with hpipe and unsure after that. short block does have bout 145k. Live wire ignition, he got it dynoed and said it put down 243rwhp and 270 rwtq. Is it me or does this sound low. I no his best pass on the car was a 8.7 @ 80+?? on street tires. He said the clutch was slippin on the pass to. So to me sounds like the car is capable of possible high 8.5. I'm thinkin thse shorties might be holdin back some potential. Unsure of TB and Mas i'm sure there also upgraded. Let me know what u think. Last question? those heads and cam and performer intakes match up well with a 331? Thanks
