I have been having some hesistation issues when the car is cold lately, so I bought a PC interface OBD-II scanner, it just came in today, and I just finished checking the car. I find that when my foot is off the OBD-II system is reporting 18.8% throttle, and with my foot on the floor it reports 93% (tested with key in run position with engine off). I have BBK 75 mm throttle body, when I installed it I transferred my stock TPS sensor. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Thanks Ike

You might have to drill your TPS to relocat it to its correct position. if this does not solve your problem warranty the TB it might be defective. BBK uses a different setup on the TB shaft than FORD and sometimes it will cause the TPS to not bolt up correctly. Hopes this helps
