does Jr have the skills to do it? He has the equipment. Look what Shrub did with it? If he wasn't wrecking, he was contending. What about Jr? If he wasn't blowing up, he was running midpack

I guess we'll see. I did pick him to finish well. http://www.discussnascar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2770

I'm predicting JR to do a lot of crashing like last year.

High expectations, dissipointing results. Heard it here first.

Crashing? Jr. didn't crash a lot last year... although he DNF'd 9 times due to mechanical failures...

I only recall maybe 2 wrecks that he was in that he may have caused. He did have some shoddy engines.

I dunno. We'll see. I'm on the fence. I want him to do well since he's with HMS, but on the other hand, he's still got the worlds worse fans (annoying white trash that drink too much and make a race weekend unenjoyable :not: )

I couldnt say DNF's due to engines due to the fact that Hendrick does not have a lot of engine failures.

Anyway we go racing tonight :nice:

Way to go Tony! Took out Busch in practice being his usual ******* self. Wonder if NASCAR is going to penalize Busch for the retaliation. Going to be a half-dozen drivers in back-up cars tonight.

We'll see. If he does not start winning or getting top 5's very very soon questions will start to arise.

I was going to clarify and say I meant the fans from Alabama, but then I realized.....

hey, sorry, I'm not saying UM is that person, but I've run into enough during my times at races. Some drunk lady (not bad looking) but older was talking to some other chick. We were waiting for the portapot. I had my JJ jacket on and I guess she didn't notice. She asks me to hold her beer while she went to the pot. She came out and was still button/zipping her pants and saw my jacket. She stopped what she was doing and grabed her beer from me and said "a Johnson fan, oh hell no" and walked off. I lmao at her :D Stupid drunk ****

so, to see what I mean, go to a race in anything supporting Jimmie Johnson and see what the people I mentioned previously say :)

    I quite enjoy it now

looks like the HMS cars fit Jr well :nice: Let's just see if he can go the distance. Many races are won from pitroad

I tell you what, the COT looked good.

I was wanting Stewart to win, then I remembered he switched to Toyota, so that idea was axed :nonono: . Sure as hell did'nt want to see one of the ghey duo win. I guess it will just be interesting to see how Jr. does with his new team. Nice non-points start. Since Jarrett is washed up and went to the foreign side I have'nt had a favorite driver in afew years. :(
