Official GT40P headed 300rwhp thread!!!

  1. I'm thinking about going with the GT 40 heads. 300 rwhp would be a beautiful thing for me!!!!!! Ill let you boys know how it goes.
  2. new to the forum but my 94 made 297 to the tire with bolt ons. Originally was a v6 car and i put a 95 cobra motor w/ 117k in it. Boltons include, #24 injectors, svo elbow, tubular gt40 upper, 70mm throttle body, pro-m meter, c&l power pipe, headers, offroad h, mac cat back, plenum spacer, fmsp rev extender and a 255 pump. Fuel pressure was at 45psi and timing at 13 degrees. It stopped making power at about 5800and its obviously a stick car. I have the dyno slip somewhere i will post as soon as i find it. Dynoed at Leonard's Performance in taunton mass.
  3. this is a gt40P thread, cobras have gt40s which are not gt40Ps.
  4. But since GT40p's supposedly flow a little better than non P's I have to assume they'd perform slightly better on a combo similar to his, amirite? :shrug:
