Oil...all over the front of my block...I think I'm going to cry...changed valve cover gasket, no help, cleaned and tightened all hoses and clamps, no help, the oil is coming down from what looks like the header side of the block, maybe I need a new head gasket... any suggestions? The only thing leading me away from the head gasket is that I don't have white smoke, therefore Im not burning coolant or oil...Is this a normal problem, or should I start to worry?

take a look at the cam pulley, if you have oil inside of it, the oil is going past the cam bolt. A little dab of silicon sealent on the threads fixes that little problem.
