I don't have the oilpan rails (those two solid pieces that the bolts tension up onto the pan) for my 351W. The rails off of my 302 fit the pan close enough to where only one corner needs to be grinded a little, and the front bolt hole widened. With those mods, it would fit perfectly.
Would this be a problem even if all bolts are on the rails tightly? My only other options are Ford Stealership (gasp!) or a junkyard busting my knuckles pulling them off another 351W.
