Or you could choose the route that I did. I bought a new tank and welded in a wild rides mustang sump to it and used a holley blue electric fuel pump that comes with a regulator and connected it all with 1/2" braided line. Or if you wanted to save some money go with 1/2" aluminum line which is only $35 per 25ft roll. You can definitely use the stock 7.5" rear for now unless you are planning on running slicks or doing lots of powershifting. The 8.8 swap is the easiest thing on your agenda. You can use all the stock 4cyl. suspension and brakes as long as you aren't autocrossing the car. The 4cyl springs help the traction by allowing more weight transfer also. My list is as follows:

AED throttle cable and throttle cable bracket
    Holley blue pump
    New gas tank
    Wild rides 1/2" mustang sump
    Double hump crossmember
    V8 motor mounts
1/2" braided or aluminum fuel line
    8.8 rear
    Full exhaust
Along with all the misc. items needed for the V8

I'm sure there are things that I've forgotten, but someone else will remember them......

I havent seen anthing about frame strengthening..

Take a piece of advice. Put sub frame connectors on the car and strut tower brace.

Other wise, the first time you come onto gas, you're gonna twist your car.

I never paid attention, dropped a 5.0 HO from a 79 T-bird into my 88 LX changed the bell housing on the 5 speed tranny and bolted it up.

30 seconds after opening her up the first time, she had a 1/2 inch twist.

She went sideways in 3rd gear, but was still twisted ...
