My accessory drive belts arent turning at all when I turn the motor on. they all spin free by hand. Just changed water pump bc I thought that was culprit but still same issue. Problems all started after new intake manifold put on. Ran ok for a minute turned it off and now no pulleys work.

Check the balancer. Has it come apart? Is the belt on correctly, and doesn't have too much play? Thats a very strange problem.

you somehow routed the belt so that its not contacting the harmonic balancer. its the only explanation

Ok, problem solved... SO it wasn't the water pump it turned out to be the smog pump. But, when I put h2o pump back on I had one of the bolts in wrong spot and it had too much tension on belt. ****, I shouldve checked the damn smog pump 1st.. It was late and I was tired
