1-wire systems blow.

Other than the installation ease of 1-wire vs 3-wire, it offer's no other advantage. Most people, the standard OEM style setup is the way to go vs trying to save 10 mins of install time with a 1-wire alternator.

If you are building a carbed factory 5 hot rod...1 wire might be easier. But for an OEM retrofit on a Fox 5.0, there is no reason to go that route and it's usually a more expensive alt anyway.
