Hey, all. Just a heads-up to northenders, my band is doing a show at the big room at the Tulalip this Saturday from 5-8 PM. It's a jump/swing retrospective of the birth of rock and roll from its roots in jump blues and swing (if you think Elvis invented rock and roll, you don't know Diddley 
). The show has dancers, vintage video on the Jumbotron, and three hours of floor-stompin, rip-snortin' swing/rockabilly tunes by our band. There will be free swing dance lessons from 4-5. The event is FREE, 21+, in the Canoe Caberet Room. Bowling shirts optional but recommended.
Weather permitting I'll be rolling to the gig in my II, so look for the Hilborn outside the stage door.
