Over heating

Today I was driving my 91 GT when I noticed the temp going up, luckily I was close to home. When I got home and opened the hood there was coolant and steam coming from behind the passenger side head. It wasn't the heater core hose, it was below them. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

On my lower intake there was a fitting that was capped off, and the cap shot off.

I was thinking head or intake gasket, and boy would that suck!
