P1451 Aux Emission Controls

I got the P1451 code last night when the SES light came on. My scanner said it was Aux Emission Controls. Of course I don't know what any of this crap means.

I did a little research on the net and found that P1451 is Barometric Press. Sensor Performance.

Carbs, I'm your guy. This ****...I have no clue. PLEASE HELP. What is a barometric pressure sensor, where is it, and does it need to be replaced?
