The best that I could come up with is: Napa Part NBH 9438 the excessive length I can trim down (11.7" -> 5/5") but the diameter might be an issue (1.48"). I measured the host that I have to be ~1" in diameter. That's 1" measured from the outside.

its definitely part of the pcv system but i can't find a part that matches that. the other end hooks up to the air inlet tube.

i should note its a 1999 GT

I literally took the hose into Advance, and they had proper size in stock in the back. It is a 1" outer diameter and 5/8" inner diameter hose.

thanks. thats what i ended up doing and didnt post a follow up. the one i have is a bit snug as it bulges slighlty but it fits and doesnt come off.
