Can anyone help try to remedy a PATS code 16 that's coming up on my 1999 Cobra? Everything is fine except the anti-theft. It's giving me a code 16. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue and I'm wondering if anyone knows where I should start looking for faulty wiring..? help please..
