I've searched for PCV threads and read a few...they seem to do a good and thorough job of explaining the reasons behind the PCV system and why we need it. Consequently, I can't help but wonder...any Idea why my PCV valve is capped off? My lower intake has the hose from the PCV valve and it's capped off. My car is supercharged, so the hose that normally connects the throttle body to oil filler actually goes from the oil filler to the air box. I guess my question basically is...why is it capped off and is it a good idea? I'm sure it was done for a reason, but it was that way when I bought the car. Is this venting enough to keep from blowing things? Thanks
