Just a quick question? Who can legally fill out PA state inspection stickers? I always thought it had to be done by the inspecting technician. I have recently heard anyone can fill out the sticker but the technician must be the one to sign it and place it on the car. I am just curious. I would really like to have a Police Officer answer this question if possible.

I belive anyone can fill it out, BUT the inspector tech must sign it and place it in the car, because at a friends shop, the sec. can fill out the stickers for the info like miles, station number, etc, but the insp. must sign it and place it in the car from what I have seen/been told
