as some of you may have seen my previous thread i had timing issues and blah blah so i got new heads and cams :D we got the whole motor assembled and put in in about 12 hours total. the video is open headers and doesn't sound great but it gives you an idea. everything is back in and the new tune that willie wrote for me is on. heads are fox lake stage 2, cams are hitech stage 2

Dang man, it's really hard to hear over the camera distortion, lol.

I bet it will be a blast to drive and probably pull like a raped ape.

yeah, i know its hard to hear the sound quality is so bad. but man did it sound nasty on open headers.

and it pulls really hard above 4k

here's a video with the x pipe and cat back on. o/r x and dynomax super turbo mufflers. still bad sound quality because it took it with my phone. and my girlfriend decided to ruin it by talking.

i just had Willie from dirty dirty racing bump my idle up because the car was wanting to die out at idle because of the cams. this thing runs sweet now and pulls really hard! :nice:

    :nice:

i still want to pick up a wideband so we can dial in my a/f ratio. just as a safety precaution.

also the file you sent me worked so i got the tune on my truck also. didn't get to drive it but more than i mile but i can already tell the throttle response is better and it feels way better than stock.

so far i love them. but i dont have that much seat time and i did stage 2 heads at the same time.

also keep in mind if you can't do the install yourself that will cost you a pretty penny

Sounds nasty with the idle lowered, esp. through super-turbo's, they are pretty tame.

that was the stock idle. however it has been bumped up a to around 900 now because of the cams it would want to die out on the down side.

it is tuned.... Sniper special forces

Willie from dirty dirty racing hooked me and up wrote me a custom tune.

but i do play to pick up a wideband so i can dial the a/f ratio in on the dyno

anyone have suggestions as to which wideband to go with?

Innovate LC-1 or LC-2 widebands are good for the money. I've heard no bad things about them. Give em a look:
