Eh, oversized throttle body really doesn't hurt you much.

I was just about to say that, you won't have any "low end grunt." Also, your heads, intake, and cam are way t0o big. You should switch to a 55mm throttle body from a 5.0 thunder bird to increase velocity.
Interesting .. I did not know the TB had so much influence over the low end. Does it?
Also, he needs those huge parts to make that upper end power from a 331. He's not going for low end.
Dude, seriously. There are a whole bunch of articles where they run different size throttle bodies. It's one of the things that makes almost no difference. As long as it's big enough, you'll be fine.
I'll put these ideas into consideration you two.
The TB has nothing to do at all with low end. All the TB is, is a valve.
And you are correct, I'm not going for low end. You don't win races at 3,000-4,000rpms.

Update: Everything is in place. The only thing left to do is hook up the vaccum lines, prime the oil pump, and set the timing. Tomorrow I have to drive down to Summit to get my fittings for the aftermarket fuel rails and hook all them up and put some new gas in the tank. I think I might have to grind alittle bit off the rails but not much. They are UPR rails.
Car should be running by Thursday. And there will be videos.
She lives...this is with the idle set at 1,200rpms..cold start.

mm that cam sounds nice. What kind of mufflers/h-pipe/x-pipe you got on that baby?
I hope you can hit 400rwhp, because mines got 16 cubic inches, is solid roller, and a little more compression, so if I made 400+rwhp I'd be ecstatic.

Do you have a clip of it warm at whatever idle you are using?
What are the spec's on your cam?
The car just has a break in tune right now. When the car warms up the driveability goes to **** and it wont idle. The tuner told me this was in the tune. I just had the exhaust put on today so next step is change the oil and strap her on the trailer to get tuned and dynoed. I'm expecting 410-430rwhp. A guy down there with a 347, smaller heads, smaller cam, and smaller intake made 415rwhp so I'm sure mine will make more. Only thing that might make a difference is his power was going through a little T5 and mine is going through a big T56.
What is the name of the shop that's doing your dynos?
