I like the valve covers, but the intake may need some color too

VC's look cool, but that intake plate kinda clashes don't ya think? If it were all the same color it'd flow better, except leave the text as-is for contrast purposes. Just a thought

The valve covers are nice. I have a set of them too, but i was under the impression you couldn't run the carbed covers on an EFI car due to clearance issues??

Idk if its the pictures but they shine pretty good. I was thinkin about the colors clashing with the intake but I couldnt really think of any ways to incorporate the color into the intake. Any ideas? :SNSign: :SNSign: :SNSign: Oh an those vc's should be good they are the same hieght as the efi covers

I think painting it to match the intake would be TOO MUCH, but if you painted it black and left the "5.0L V8" brushed (or polished it out) it would contrast nicely. AT least in my head, it does ;)

Looks good, I can appreciate the time that went into them. I would have (I actually did) gone with a light silver, but then again the look you wanted was different then mine! Now just do the rest of the underhood stuff and were in Business!

I definitely like how yours looks 25th, I have had bad experience with past silver spray paints i have tried to use, havent found one that I really liked. So I just went with the grey, it was also the only thing i liked at the parts store limited supply, the camera makes them look brighter than they really are. Its way better than it was, I guess ya just cant satisfy everyone all the time.

They look good, I like them! I painted my stock intake and valve covers with New Ford Gray, and I can say I like yours better(although I did a pretty crappy job of them).
