WHAT ARE SOME GOOD RINGS TO USE?...CHROMOLY,CAST, OR WHAT?

I use Speed Pro regular old rings. I spray a range of 150-250 on my motor, and no problems at all for 2 years.

I'm having trouble remembering what rings that i used. I'll have to look at my receipts to find out. 150-200 shot huh that sounds right up my alley..... what system are you using,plug gap, heat range, and timing?? if you don't mind me asking
