    There is a clip that holds the relay to the body of the car.. You gotta yank that fugger out..

    Why are you replacing the eec relay? The engine wouldn't run if it was bad.

    I love the look...hate the work but all in all I'm glad it turned out the way it did. If I were to do it all over again I would powdercoat anything I could remove with a wrench.

    Yeah see a part of me loves the old '90s hotrod look of having EVERYTHING painted...i've been really tempted to paint my whole engine red and just accent it with chrome powdercoated parts.

    I also love the look of a black engine with those black Ford Racing valve covers and an intake painted to match. The problem is that EFI engine look horrible painted like that.


    These are my buddy's '06 valve covers that he had chrome powdercoated...i'd love to see an EFI intake done in this....and i'm really thinking about doing my carb intake and valve covers to match.

    The engine did stop running, now it won't start period. I am gettin a free computer A9l I believe, maybe its a p but I don't care, its free.

    Is it getting spark and are the injectors firing? Remember the first rule is to diagnose the problem, not throw money at it.

    BTW if you cant find an eec relay, I have a spare.
