Power Adders?

What kind of power adders would be proper for a 302 roller block.

Turbo/NOS?

I don't really understand your question. Are you asking what can you put on a 302 or what should you put on a 302.

We need a little more info here like what your goals are and such.

I just want to get the most power that I can get out of this block.

Its a 1982 302 roller block.

I just want to know if I throw a turbo kit on it will it split the block.

That depends on how much boost you run...Being a stock block, you'll be pushing your luck going over the 450hp mark.

You will get to your goal with any of those combinations, especially turbo.

Its just a matter of what you will be using the car for and what you want.

Not much. That block isn't exactly all that great. The 87+ block is far stronger and it's limited to around 400-500HP before you start running on borrowed time.

Personally I would go find a better block and build a stout bottom end then turbo the thing.

Turbo is the way to go. Its not the boost that breaks the block, its the power. If your running a 76mm at 6 psi or a 70mm at 12 psi. Alot of it is in the tune anyways, run it alittle on the rich side and keep the timing reasonable you'll be fine. Try to get all you can out of it...
