    Hey there,
I'm new to the site and don't know much about classic mustangs but I'm hoping someone can direct me to some information. I'm thinking about selling a restored 1964 1/2 convertible and need some idea of how to price it. Is there a book or website with good information on what factors determine a fair price? I've checked out various classified pages but in a lot of cases its not clear if the asking price is reasonable or not.

My grandad restored the car but passed away a few years ago. From what I can gather from family and the door-VIN I copied down it's an automatic with a 260-v8 made in Dearborn. The body is great. It doesn't start now but I think that's just because its been sitting for a year. Two years ago it ran fine. It's also at a relative's house 750 miles away from where I am.

I'd hate to sell it but I need the money to replace the car I drive daily. Any information I can get about about pricing, the sales process and transportation would be great.
