prob a stupid ques....but confused..

i just purchased a diablo delta chip...holds 3 tunes...supercharger...street..and stock....and you can select them wit a switch that runs onto the dash.......can i just take this to a diablo dealer and get it tuned for whenever i need too....or do i need the handheld...whats the diff between the chip and handheld?

You will not need a handheld since you already have a chip. They are separate items that do not work through or with each other. A chip basically alters the information going into your vehicle's ECU to make it think you are running essentially stock, and does not change the stock tuning info originally programmed into it. A handheld reprograms the ECU itself.
