Problems with noszle/fuel?

OK, I just installed a noszle kit on my 97. The problem is I can't get it to hit. The car is running really rich (very $%^&#@* rich) It was doing this before I installed the kit. It has a fuel pressure safety regulator set at 35lbs, no 35lbs, no nitrous. I don't have a pressure guage installed yet so I don't know what it is running. I get a slight hesitation at lower rpms (below 2500) sometimes, not all the time. Could these two factors be related? Where do I need to start to fix the fuel problem. Just put on a new fuel filter so it shouldn't be the problem. Any help appreciated. Thanks, J
