    Hi Guys,

i am from Germany and i will purchase a Procharger system with intercooler and P1SC or D1R head unit for my 95 Mustang GT.

Before the purchase, some questions are to be clarified. That is my first installation of a Procharger system.
It is unfortunately not possibly to be gotten information from the Procharger company. I need a parts list, around to see which am contained in the package.

The first question is: What parts are not included in the kit?
How are the service intervals for Procharger headunits? How is the Quality?
Where do I get service parts? (bearings, seals)
Are the stock injectors and a FMU sufficient?
Has somebody a parts list and a install manual? Where can i find it?

    Thanks a lot!

    Achim

It was a pretty good install after they sent the correct installation book. Quality was great. They want you to change the oil after 500 miles...every 6000 after that. The magnetic drain plug looked pretty good. I just changed it a few days ago, after about 700 miles. I just got it dynoed again..we did a little More timing..I was rewarded with 419RWHP and 427RWTQ. It came with a 1 year warranty. When I got the paperwork, For $47 they extended my warranty for 2 Years more, and send me enough oil for 6 MORE oil changes. The BEST $47 I've ever spent!!!!!!!
    Hope this helps!

You should go with 42# injecters and ditch the FMU that comes with the kit. As for what else is needed...you have to tell me your set up that it's going on.

at the first - thx for the reply!!

ok, i have installed a custom cam, ported heads and intakes, roller rockers, +0,03 lightwight pistons, a MSD 6AL-BTM, 12:1 FMU and larger fuel pump. The engine is overhauld 3 months ago.
    I will run a 14psi setup with D1R and 3-core intercooler.

I think, Procharger is one of the best sc`s!?
How are your experiences with Procharger rebuilt intervalls?

I am from Gemany also. I have been rather pleased with my P1SC and have had it for 2 1/2 years now.
