I'll tell you 1 thing...it was about 100x harder to carve on that fake styrofoam pumpkin then it was to carve on a real one!!!
I only did it because I didn't want to put all that hard work into a pumpkin for it to rot & get thrown away!
That was like 2.5 hours of solid carving...I was convered from head to toe in styrofoam particles by the time I finished.
Never again though, it was such a PITA to carve that stuff...I did a real pumpkin this year and it was so easy!!

An artist you are. Very talented, ever think about carving all year long and then selling at fall festivals? Might even be something you could sell at car shows in the latter part of the season.

I havent cut into mine yet(not till tomorrow after work(yay) but I just found this websote while I was looking for some ideas.These arent regular jack-o-lanterns, but this guy kicks some pumpkin carvin butt.
