I must have hit something on the highway and god a puncture/tear in the inner sidewall. I don't believe it can be repaired. Where can i get a used (15000 miles)stock Goodyear ZR245R45-17. Looked on ebay already

Are you sure it can't be repaired ? If not, try checking your phone book for local garages that sell used tires. That is probably your best bet.

When you say small, can you be specific as in measurements ? If its loosing air, you can always try and use some of that "tire sealant" in a can to stop that. Then, use some apoxy to patch up the tire. If you do this, I'de also recommend avoiding long trips on the interstate till you get a new set of tires.
