Are the drum backing plates on 86's the same for 87 and up? Long story short, I'm doing the cobra brake upgrade but I'm way short on cash and need the car running again so I'm gonna put the drum setup back on with 5 lug. I ditched the stock backing plates I had cuz I didn't think I'd ever need them again. Now I need them. Just wondering if the 87 and up ones are exactly the same cuz I know the shoes and drums are different part numbers.
