i have the explorer 5.0 brackets, so i have the alternator. i want to polish the case on it, but the front is the only piece that looks to be polish-able. so, i want to make sure that i can pull the face off of it with no problems. i took the cover off my wiper motor once and it took me hours to get the little magnet things to go back in place, so i want to make sure that i wont run into anything like that. thanx.
