quick help please with a t-5 ???

I am going to install my t-5 and the switch/harness on top /front of the trans broke off when I moved it from my old house, and I didn't notice it till now.. What is it??? I dont' know if its the neutral switch or reverse.. the one on the side is fine....

Side switch is for the reverse/backup lights. Top switch is the neutral safety switch. In an emergency you can bypass it by jumpering the connector in the trans wiring harness where it plugs in.
