Is it possible to unlock a programmer if its vin locked? I called the tech line though they are closed until the 2nd.

I was wondering if they'd unlock it for a fee or something It's worth a try

btw--Is the cheapest i'll find a programmer $379?

It depends on the programmer. What brand is it? Have you tried it anyways? My used ($60) Hypertech tuner worked regardless.

It's just a superchip programmer. I just started a thead with all the details of my situation in it. http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=678403

He's going to give me my money back if the shop can't fix it so it's not all that bad. I'd rather they fix the problem and allow me to keep the programmer though
