ranger rotors, will they work?

I own a 1993 ford mustang 2.3 lx that was switched to a v8. Right now I'm trying to do the 5-lug swap on the front. The diamiter of the stock rotors are 10". According to this web site I can use the rotors for a 88-92 ford ranger 4cyl .

Can anyone verify wether or not this information is true, and if these rotors will in fact work? thanks for the help.
