Reasons why not to turbo a dual-plug Mustang.

Because it's got cast pistons, high compression, and a poor flowing head...and because it's much more expensive to do than just dropping in a turbo motor that already has forged pistons, low compression, larger injectors, air meter, and a turbo ecu to run the whole setup...

Cast pistons (easily remedied)

High compression (from a forced induction perspective) also easily remedied - see above

Modification needed for turbo lubrication - (got a drill and a tap?)

Smaller main bearing journals (Can't get past this one without swapping blocks)

No bolt on EEC-IV dual plug turbo ECM. (Stand alone system?)

There's a yahoo groups forum that specifically targets DP turbos. I don't have the link handy. It's been done, and done successfully.
