Rebuilding T-5, Gear Swap

I had my T-5 rebuilt a while back, it wasn't done right and it still whines in all gears (except 4th). I have found a good writeup on how to rebuild the trans myself and I would like to do that. Right now I have the 3.35 1st and .68 5th, I would like to change over to a 2.95 1st and .63 5th. What parts do I need to get in order to change the gear ratio?
