Removing old subframe connectors?

I have a pair of regular subframe connectors that are welded and I want to remove them because I am going to buy a pair of M&M full length subframe connectors..

Whats the best way to remove the old subframe connectors? Whats a good tool to use to cut off the welds?

throw a zip-cut on a grinder and giver s***! i welded for a couple years. it only takes like 10 seconds to cut through a 2" or 3" weld! just cut it twice, in kind of a v shape (along each side of the weld). if u do it right, you won't cut into the parent metal much (or at all) , and the weld is gone!
