Replacing Scratched Antenna Base?

Did a real dumb thing -- antenna was on too tight, took a pair of pliers, wasn't thinking and scratched the plastic casing around the screwhole (NOT the black bezel, but the black plastic that surrounds the threads where you screw in the antenna itself).

Now, I've placed a black plastic plug on top of the screwhole (that was the whole point -- wanted to run without the antenna, and wanted to cover the hole from debris). So you can't see most of the scratches in the plastic, but they're there if you look closely.

Question: Anybody know how to replace that black plastic surrounding the screwhole? Or would I have to replace the entire antenna wire? My fallback is to sand down the scratches a bit and use black touchup paint. However, if it's not difficult to replace the plastic piece, I'll do that instead.

Thanks for any ideas!
