i only read the frist post. but i beat a 5 speed 5.0 in my GTI by about a half a fender. (i won $20 ) it had long tubes and a few other things but it was mostly stock.

um.....yeah......AND a camshaft......guess you missed that. Ricers don't usually have camshafts.

Oh yeah....having a tach and being able to put it to use is one thing. Having a tach to have a tach is another thing. Good lookin out buddy.

btw I have a tach on my car too.....except its 3 1/2 inches and its behind the steering wheel infront of the stock POS one.

and in my case the 28/11.50 ET Streets stuffed under the back of the car.........

I guess I better remove a $200 tach because it's much better to run the stock one. PLUS, I wouldn't want anyone thinking I'm a ricer in a 13 second, possibly 12 second Mustang at this point.
