My 05 V6 wasnt cutting it with the stock rims, so I bought a set of take-off 17s from a 05 GT. I like them fine. I plan on useing the stock 16in tires on the wifes Taurus, and saving the 16in rims for a Ranger or a Fox Stang. Ive also got a set of 17in rims off my 00 Mustang GT. I put Cobra rims on that car (I was single then) the stock 17s are in mint condition with only about 500 miles on them.
Should I sell or trade the 00 rims? Ive had them in boxes in the storeroom for 5 years. They werent very popular rims, but they are 17s and are like new.
I guess I could save them for some future project, but after 5 years it hasnt happened.
