I have been looking at rear ends for a long time now... I have pretty much decided to go with a compete strange 9" bolt in rear end. The only problem is that its 1.5" narrower. The problem with this is have to buy new wheels or a spacer for propper fitment on wheels. I don't like spacers so wheels is my best bet. Heres the good part. I could put Rodlites on now if i wanted because they offer a 5.5" backspacing which would put my wheels out a 1/4" on both sides compared to where my pro-stars are now (not a big deal, actually will get rid of a rubbing problem i had once in awhile). The cheapest route would be to sell my rear pro-stars and get the right backspacing on a new set. But i could be different then most others and run rodlites. (which to me is worth the extra money sometimes) Would it be worth it or are they too close to make a difference or do you guys think they look worse. Pro-star Rodlight (not the best picture in the world)
I've really grown to like the rod lites, but all the cars I've seen that I liked with them were fox's. I can't picture them on a '94-95. My favorite non-custom drag type wheel is the centerline warriors. THEY look increadible on our cars. Have you thought of those or are you dead set on choosing one of the 2 above?
They don't offer the propper backspacing for my car. But I got to looking at there custom wheels and there prices are awsome. I am just not sure how much they weigh. Here are some others that are deffenetly in my price range and i can get them in 10" wide for the rear and 6" for front with the exact backspacing i need. $169 a wheel for the 10" ones... I don't like that they have the caps though.
I dont like the " too full " wheels like the centerline warriors. Go with the Prostars IMO. They look good
gotta have the prostars my car looks so awesome with them on there. i get compliments all the time about how good they look, especially good since i dropped it now too, looks amazing.
