I have a 93 cobra and have had a s-trim just installed on it by a shop. The shop said they tuned it and have nothing more to add.

The car runs and drives fine but has some issues. First off I have no low end torque. I have a buddy with a 99 s-speed vette that we have raced litterly forty times. Before supercharger every time we raced I beat him by 6 car lengths off the start and about fifty he would pull past me and keep on going. Now We go we are neck and neck out of the hole and about fifty he walks away but not as bad as before.

When I am done running it the car smells like ass. It smells really burnt. Not gas, not oil, just hot and burnt.

Second it seems like the car is burping or missing about 5 grand it does not pull very hard at all. It is like hitting a rev limiter.. what is up?

welcome to detonation. you sound like you may want to get a MSD boost timing master, as well as go one step colder plugs and gap them to .35
but def don't push it! detonation will creap up on you and b4 you knwo it you'll be driven down the street and your engine just dismantals itself (1st hand experience!!) you might wana take it to a dyno with wide band o2 and really see what the fuel map is saying thats really the only way to know for sure whats goin on.
