s197 wont start after gear upgrade

I just had 4.10 s put in my s197 and my mechanic called me yesterday to tell me my car wouldn't start. I have cai and and sct tune, but I don't know how the sct would affect anything as far as it not starting. It also has automatic start/remote key unlocking (autopage), and I don't know if that had anything to do with it (antitheft disabling the engine).

Does anyone have any ideas? I have been driving an old truck for going on three weeks and I am afraid I am going to have to start spending money on keeping that thing running if I don't get my stang back soon

Try resetting the fuel pump inertia switch. It's on the driver's side kick panel where your leg goes. It's a red swich accessable through a hole in the kick panel.

thanks or the suggestion. It was the neutral safety switch.
