saw a 75-78 coupe last night...

saw a 75-78 coupe last night coming at me on the road, it's the only II that I've seen on the road around here more then once. I gave the kid driving it a big thumbs up and you should have seen the grin on his face when he figured out what finger I gave him.
Later in the night I was talking to a guy and the topic of cars came up and out of the blue he mentioned that one of the cars he had that he enjoyed the most was a II he owned in high school.
Interesting night.........made me wonder if it happens to others?

Dude! I got this new job right. I drove my II to work because the eclipse doesn't have working taillights grrr. Anyway I walk out and parked right by my II coupe is a red II coupe!! It turns out I work with the lady. What are the odds? II owners getting the same job. lol Small world. I chatted with her about it it's a 78 4 cyl. She wants to do a v8 swap because she says its scarey slow. lol
