I was sittin around last night and my friend calls me up and says "dude i am staring at a Ford GT right now, you better get your a$$ over here." so behind one of the engineering buildings on the VT campus there was a baby blue Ford GT pre-production car. It was on campus for an engineering job fair today, during which i got to sit in the car. I was in love lol. Too bad ill never drive one, but seriously this thing was so awesome. They had a guy there from ford but he wasnt in the SVT division so he didnt know all the answers to my questions. Also, he said there is a very good chance from what he knows that the Mustang GT-R will see production. They also had a new 05 mustang final concept there but i didnt have my phone with me. If someone can tell me how to upload pics, ill upload the pics i have of the GT from last nite.
The place where you took those pics is where I saw it...did you see it today by squire's? I only have cell phone pics from yesterday so they arent as good as yours lol. What do you drive? Maybe I've seen you around.
NICE PICS WOW i love the Ford GT its by far one of my favorite cars ever made because its PURE american mustle with a SC lol. i was reading some article on it and its 43" from the ground to the top(they raised it because its a pain in the ass to get into and out of). and an estimated 0-60 was 3.3 sec....good god The americans now have a car that can compete with porsche and ferrari

I don't have my car down here with me now since there was a big problem the weekend I went back home to pick it up. I should have it here soon though, its an 89' rx-7 turbo, very un-stock, heh. I saw a GT down here at Ohio State as well. It was red with white racing stripes...lets just say it was hotttt.
That's pretty cool you're up at Tech. I just picked up an 04 Redfire Cobra there this past Saturday from Duncan Ford.
I was at the SVTOA ontrack event at Summit Point WV, and Ed League from SVT drove a Ford GT down to the event, and I got a ride around track in it.. All I can say is... WOW.... I only got up to about 100 MPH, cause the track was wet, and we got stuck behind a Cobra. Here's me- The GT Ontrack-
