Hello, I have UPR polished door sil plates and they have some light to medium scratches and scuffs. I think they came from a hetal polish I used. Any ideas on how to remove?
Fine sandpaper should do it start at 180 ish -300-600-800 buy a sheet of each....they are cheap, concentrate on just the scratches. Should work. I have stripped my entire car of paint and sanded all window trim and other chrome and aluminum parts they return to better than new.....a little different situation but aluminum should be aluminum.
