Search function-taken out back and shot.

Hi all,

Well, I'm sure you're already aware that teh search function on the forum here never really worked right. I seem to have a discovered an additional quark this morning. It appears that the search function is not extending to all the forums on the board. For instance: Neither search function (the one at the top of the screen or the forum search tool lower on the right) function in the 5.0 TALK forum. I tried searching for items using common words as well as references that I knew were there but was returned with no results. I didn't go through and check every forum to see what others were affected.

Well actually the "Key-Word" search only works within the Tech/Regional forums. If you use the keyword "Mustang" and tell it to search all forums you will quickley see that only the "Tech" areas and the "Regional" areas are indexed for key-word searches and return results.
