Apparently "IRS" is to short a word for the search engine to be bothered with. Does anybody have any threads bookmarked for IRS swap info? thats my next big step, so I want to start researching it. Thx dudes.

Thx. I've seen that one. The one thing that I'm missing is it talks about "mounting brackets" that were acquired for the job it says they came from PPI, but thats all it says. PPI doesn't have anything on their website about it. I just haven't gotten around to calling them yet.

Don't buy an IRS unless it comes with the mounting brackets. They are a little expensive new from Ford, and good luck finding them on they're own.
So those mounting brackets actually come off of the Cobra? They're not something that you have to get for the swap?
