Shock Tower Braces

66runt, thanks. I can see what you're talking about on the outside tire that's getting most of the cornering forces in a turn. Tension would be lost slightly on the inside wheel side, bringing it (maybe imperceptibly) down and in, if it's even moving at all - there's less force on that side, and a big sway bar might even cancel that effect out.

Hmm, if the top of the shock tower on the outside wheel in a turn is being pushed out, that effectively increases positive camber slightly the harder you corner. Not good. Well, I never said that the TCP kit was my ideal setup, it was just a matter of the easiest thing to attach to the TCP top plate over the shock tower at the time. Looks like something Maier or Global West-like is in my future.
