side exit exhaust

That looks awesome. I'm afraid to try that on mine though with the high compression engine. Its pretty freakin nasty at idle. :p

I was thinking of doing something similar but a mix of your guys setups. Put some electric cutouts that would Y into the exhaust.

iapexl8r,

That looks like an awesome set up! Any more pictures of how you worked the side exits around your subframe connectors?

Also, I would love a sound clip when you get the installation finished.

Tim

I will get more pics up tomorow nite and will try a vid with sound too. would have had it done last week but I ran out of gas for my mig then had to take the labor day weekend off to get some partying done chris

Lookin good man (much better than Lake pipes, just not for Mustangs in my opinion..)!!!

Can you take some pics of full side shots, instead of close ups? I'd like to see what it looks like from a ways back...

Thanks!

Let's hear'em too! :nice:

I got my Hooker Super Comp Headers from eBay for about $150, the Dynomax mufflers were about another $100 for the pair one from eBay the other from Summit, and the tips were another $30 on eBay. I loaded up the mufflers and tips and drove over to a local shop that does alot of Hot Rods and cost me another $250 for the 2.25" pipe and to weld it all up. No problems whatsoever even with Subframe connectors and Traction bars, I have about 5" clearance under the tips.
