Silver Color question, please read.

I want to swap trunks with someone who doesn't have a wing, however it's an 01 V6, my car is an 03 GT. I looked online and the 01 silver color is just called silver, and the 03 gt's color is called silver metallic. I haven't had a chance to put the cars side by side, but are they both the same color or is mine a metallic version? Thanks

The color code is YN just check the sticker on the doors and see if it's the same code
